Delivery

Due to the wide array of products we offer, many items ship at different times. Please refer to the individual item page for shipping times, or call us on at 0779823236 / 07767672639. If delivery time is a concern please contact us with the specific product you are interested in and we will give you an approximated delivery date & time. Orders using expedited delivery that cannot be fulfilled within ten business days will be refunded the expedited delivery fee and the order will ship within the standard delivery time. Rush processing is available on all items. Rush processing puts your order at the front of the processing queue and it will be sent to the appropriate department for delivery and/or manufacturing ASAP. Please note that rush processing does not speed up delivery time, only how quickly the items are delivered.

Our delivery charge is flat rate for most items delivered within the continental Colombo and is detailed on the individual item page. Orders to out of Colombo  location will incur additional charges. A customer service rep will contact you before processing your order or you can contact us for a delivery cost. Orders shipped via semi-truck are shipped ”Dock to Dock”.  Many of our items delivered disassembled.If a chair is not marked FREE SHIPPING then a customer service representative will contact you within 24 hours (1 business day) with your deliver charges. At that point you can determine if you want to pay the deliver charges or cancel your order. Some delivery may not be left at your door without your signature. We cannot be held responsible for delivery costs incurred by returned deliveries for this reason. We reserve the right to bill you for delivery charges on refused deliveries. We reserve the right to bill you for incorrect delivery addresses, typos caused by you when your order was placed and requests to forward deliveries to another address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.Some other delivery charges is available to out of the Colombo, but cannot be calculated online. To receive a shipping cost, you can contact our customer service department or place an order online. Before processing your order, a customer service representative will contact you for approval of the delivery charges.

Ordering & Payment Methods

What payment methods are accepted?

We offer a wide variety of ways to pay. We prefer payment by all major online payment gateways,Bank Transfer,EzCash & Mcash. We also accept cash cheque. If you have any further questions about payment methods, please email or call us 0779823236 / 0776767269

Do you accept purchase orders?

All purchase orders will be accepted on a case by case basis, and must be submitted  using company/government letterheads. Please include a contact name, phone number, and email address. If you need assistance with purchase orders or have any questions concerning purchase orders, please call us at 0779823236/ 0776767269. Please mail purchase orders to info@putu.lk.

 

Returns

Once sold will not be taken back.PUTU.LK 3 days return policy only applies incase if we would have supplied wrong product or quantity according to your specification we are liable. We understand that purchasing online can be difficult and have done our best to provide as much information as possible to help you make the right choice.  Many of our products are offered with free shipping. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound delivery costs will be deducted from your return refund. Please call us at 0776767269 for questions regarding your specific products and/or to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).

Please Note: Any product ordered that has been custom built,Imported on special request or manufactured cannot be returned, due to it being a custom-made order(special order).

Damages

Damaged merchandise will be replaced and/or repaired at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL deliveries received by PUTU.LK for while delivery damage. Call us if you’ve received a damaged item via courier service or Bus/lorry transport and we will send out replacement parts. If the item(s) is shipped via truck, make the truck driver wait for you while you inspect the item(s). Failure to inspect will result in loss of protection. If courier service or Bus/lorry transport leave the merchandise at the door and you are not available to inspect it for freight damage, you need to call your courier service or Bus/lorry transport office within 24 hours of delivery and file an immediate freight claim to report damage in addition to calling us for replacement parts. You may also be asked to send us pictures of damage/defect by Whatsapp No:- 0776767269 .After observing your complain we will try to give a better solution for your issue.

 

Pricing

Prices are subject change at any time. Pricing errors can occasionally occur at checkout due to computer errors. We are not responsible for these pricing errors and will notify the buyer immediately upon finding these errors.

Warranty Information

We dont offer any kind of warrantees or gurantees for our products.Incase of any damages or repair of our chairs’ can  be replced with spare parts at resonable cost.

Site Security

As stated in our privacy policy we do not give our information to anyone, other than to process your order. All of your information is stored on a secure server. Credit card numbers are erased from our system after 30 days to ensure protection. Please see the privacy policy for additional information.
